High-Rise Facade Cleaning in Dubai
External glass and cladding on tall buildings, cleaned by teams trained for work at height. Dubai dust and construction fallout dull a facade within weeks, and it is the first thing anyone sees.

How we work at height on a Dubai tower
The access method is chosen for the building — cradle, rope access, or water-fed pole from ground level where the height allows. Purified water so the glass dries without spotting, and a method statement and risk assessment before anyone goes up.
Our work covers all of Dubai including Deira, Bur Dubai, Business Bay, Downtown, Dubai Marina, JLT, Al Barsha, Jumeirah and the rest of the emirate. Tell us where you are and when it suits, and we can confirm schedule accordingly.
What a facade clean covers
- Site survey and access plan before any work
- External glass, frames and cladding
- Purified water so glass dries spot-free
- Trained teams — high-rise window cleaning is part of our staff training
- Method statement and risk assessment
- Scheduled repeat visits on contract
Cradle, rope or pole: how we reach the glass
Most of what makes a high-rise clean difficult is not the cleaning, it is reaching the glass. A tower with a working building maintenance unit on the roof is the simplest case, because the cradle is already there and certified.
Where there is no cradle, or it cannot reach a face, the work is done by rope access. That needs certified technicians, anchor points somebody has inspected, and more time per square metre.
Up to around four storeys, water-fed pole from the ground is faster and safer than either, and does not need the building to close anything off. Villas, low-rise blocks and shopfronts are almost always this.
Permits, notice and the things that delay a job
High-rise work in Dubai needs the building's permission, a method statement and a risk assessment before anyone goes over the edge, and most towers want notice for residents whose windows are about to have somebody outside them.
The common delays are not technical. They are an expired cradle certificate nobody checked, a building that will not release roof access on the day, and wind. Work stops above a threshold wind speed, which in the first months of the year can move a schedule by days.
We survey first and put the access plan in writing, because a facade job planned without seeing the building is a guess about the hardest part.
High-rise cleaning questions
How high can you work?
It depends on the building and the access available. The survey settles it before anything is agreed — we will tell you if a building needs a specialist access contractor rather than pretending otherwise.
How often should a facade be cleaned?
Two to four times a year in Dubai. Near construction or a main road, more. Dust bonds to glass in the humidity and gets harder to remove the longer it sits.
Do you do shopfronts and villas as well as towers?
Yes. Anything above ground level that needs equipment rather than a ladder.
